Question by Keyser Soze: How is it in the best interest of a child?
to NOT know who their real father is for emotional as well as health reasons?
The common defense of paternity fraud is “it’s in the best interest of the child”. Defenders of paternity fraud (fraud is a crime) will admit the fraud but justify it because of the supposedly benevolent use of the proceeds from the crime, the “it’s in the best interest of the child”.
Would drug trafficking be benevolent as long as the pusher used the proceeds from his drug trafficking to feed, cloth and put his kids through school?
